  • How can I sell my gold to you?

    Book an appointment at the Gold Arthur when it visits a location near you. In the form below, you can see the exact times and places of our stops.

  • Do I have to book an appointment?

    You can visit without an appointment, but customers with reservations are given priority, and others are served if time allows. We recommend booking an appointment, as available times are limited and tend to fill up quickly.

  • What gold items can I sell?

    We buy all kinds of gold items, both big and small. For example:

    • Gold rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings
    • Gold coins and gold bars
    • Damaged or worn gold items
    • Inherited jewellery and other unused treasures that have been left in a drawer
    It does not matter if the item is slightly damaged. We assess the gold based on its purity and weight, and we always offer the right price.

  • Can I bring in items whose material I’m unsure about?

    You can bring items you are unsure about, and our specialists will confirm whether they are genuine gold or silver. Many customers are pleasantly surprised. The evaluation is free, so there is nothing to lose.

  • How is the price of gold determined?

    Our price is always based on the current market value of gold and the purity of the item (its karat). The higher the karat and the weight, the better the price. We make sure you always receive the right price for your gold.

  • How quickly will I get my money?

    You will receive the money promptly into your account. Payment is made no later than the fifth banking day after the agreement.

  • Are there other customers at the mobile service site at the same time?

    We serve one customer at a time inside the vehicle with our gold specialist, and we always protect your privacy.

  • Do you also buy silver?

    We also buy hallmarked silver. In addition to gold, you can bring all kinds of silver items to us for a free valuation.
