Personal data processed by Gold Arthur and why we process it
Purpose
Goldtour Oü uses CCTV surveillance at its gold vehicles and gold shops. In order to ensure and manage workplace safety and to protect our business, employees, visitors and property, we have installed cameras. Cameras are placed at entrances and exits and in areas where gold trading is handled, where we have identified a need for increased security.

When you enter, leave, or hand over gold, you may be recorded. Video footage in which you can be identified constitutes personal data. This may include personal data relating to behaviour that could be considered criminal activity.

We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing, detecting and investigating crime and accidents. We only process personal data relating to criminal offences if such video material is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims in an individual case.

We may share your personal data with other companies within the group. In some cases, we may also need to share your personal data outside the group, such as with:

Authorities and other public bodies
Legal obligations may require us to share information about you, for example in response to requests from law enforcement authorities, supervisory authorities, and other public or governmental bodies.
Parties involved in legal proceedings
In connection with potential legal proceedings, including preparatory work that enables us to defend or enforce legal claims, your personal data may be shared with parties involved in such proceedings, such as legal advisers.

When processing your personal data, it may be transferred within the European Economic Area (EEA). Such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable law.
